The extra-wide textured surface of our composite plastic Slant Board is the ideal platform to increase extension in the lower and upper back, to stretch the fascia on the bottom of your foot to relieve the pain of plantar fasciitis, and for calf stretches. You select the incline perfect for you, and gradually increase the incline as you progress. If your therapist or chiropractor suggests the use of an incline board, the TherapyZone Multi-Slant Board is the best value in its class. The large, 16 by 14.5 inch, textured surface provides a safe, functional platform for all your lower body stretching and positioning exercises.

Our 4-position incline board is made of a strong composite plastic, tested to hold over 400 pounds. It adjusts to 4 levels and folds flat (3-inches) to store conveniently. Levels are 10, 15, 20 and 30 degrees. The last slot on the incline board makes an excellent hand-hold for further stretching. The Slant Board is also an ergonomic, comfortable and adjustable foot rest for use at your desk or workstation. Relieve the tension in your lower legs, ankles, and feet when sitting for long periods.

FAQ: All the other slant boards I find are made of wood, is plastic as strong?
A: Yes, composite plastic, like the polyethylene plastic used in our adjustable slant board is as strong as wood. This product has been in production for over 10 years and is used by thousands of professional health and fitness facilities. It will perform the same as much more expensive wood products.

FAQ: I've seen slant boards as small as 11 inches, why is yours 14.5 inches?
A: If you plan to stand on the slant board with both feet, as most of us do, it's recommended you do so with your feet shoulder width apart. 11 inches is the length of a piece of typing paper. Before buying an 11 inch board, try putting both feet on a piece of paper to see if your feet are in a comfortable, stable, and shoulder width apart position. The TherapyZone Multi Slant Board is designed to allow you to stand in this correct and comfortable position. We've found a few on-line slant boards that do not post the size of the board, so make sure you ask how large the board is before purchasing any product.
