Welcome to the next step in the therapy process.  Now that you have started the process of correcting your posture with The Egoscue Method® therapy, it is time to begin thinking about strengthening your body's new position.  Strength and functional training go hand in hand when done properly.  The following journals are designed to provide you with the first steps in training your body to be both more functional and stronger in the new and improved posture you acquire from your therapy process. 

Egoscue's Beyond Pain Free includes 4 spiral bound journals that feature 6, tabbed daily menus of E-cises that provide you the steps necessary to train your body to be more functional and stronger.  There is 1 journal for each week in the month. Once you complete the first month, repeat for optimal results. Each journal is approximately 55 pages and features E-cise instructions, photos and space for daily notes. 

Beyond Pain Free is sold in sets of 4 journals only.  Replacement journals can be obtained by calling TherapyZone.
