"Hey! Recently I ordered 6 bottles of Glucosamine and they arrived packed pretty good, but one of the bottles had leaked. I called and whoever I spoke with said they would send a replacement bottle out on Monday, February 6th. I received that bottle today, February 10th. I just wanted to thank you for the excellent customer service and to tell you that the reason for the leak was a missing seal on the measuring cup opening. I did as you suggested and poured the contents down the drain just to be safe. I always appreciate it when I receive good service, as I was in Customer Service with a chemical company and know the importance of after sale service. It doesn't matter whether you have a quality product or not, people remember the way a company treats the customer.
I have had some really bad examples, so when I get treated the way TherapyZone handled my problem, I tell others!

"I have osteoarthritis of the hip and am unable to do most strenuous exercise. The Egoscue Pain Free Workout emphasizes non-moving stretches that are held usually for 1 minute each. These stretches help with my freedom of movement. I am not able to do the ab crunches with legs in the air, but an alternative using the wall is given in the DVD. Overall, I would recommend this DVD to those with limited mobility."

"The first time I tried this exersice routine [Pain Free Workout, Vol 1 & 2], I worked through both the beginners and advanced DVD's, one after the other. Sounds pretty standard huh! However, what isn't standard is the fact that there is something about this routine that allowed me to do certain poses and moves that I haven't been able to do for many, many years. I have overstretched ligaments throughout my body and normally could not do the majority of exersised in the advanced DVD. Yet, I am able to do these exercises within the sequence. One presumes the reason is because of the well thought out routine that works out and stretches the right muscles in the right order without over taxing the body. I highly recommend these DVD's to young and 'old' alike. You'll love the way you feel a foot taller after the workout."
