1. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. We have a 90-day “NO QUIBBLE” guarantee on all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
2. How much do you charge for shipping?

3. Do you ship to international addresses?
Yes, but our website does not process international orders at this time. Please e-mail your shipping address and the items that you would like to purchase to customersupport@therapyzone.com. 4. Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

5. How long will it be before I receive my order?
Standard ground shipping normally arrives within 5 business days of shipment (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
6. Can I expedite the shipping of my order?
Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. If you wish to receive express or overnight service, please call us at 1-800-822-2889 to place your order and we will quote you the actual freight cost for your consideration.
7. How can I track the status of my order?
Please login to your account and click on “view orders”. The status of all orders placed with TherapyZone will be available.
8. What forms of payment do you accept?

9. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

For Colorado deliveries, 2.9% state sales tax will be added to your invoice.
